Terms and Conditions
These conditions explain the rights , obligations, and responsibilities of all parties yo this Agreement. Where we use the word ''you'' or ''your'' it means the customer; ''we'', ''us'' or ''our'' means "Red Box Removals LTD''. These conditions can only be changed or amended by our written agreement. These conditions explains your rights, obligations and responsibilities. This contract is a two-way arrangement and it is important that everyone knows where they stand.
1. Our quotation
Pay By Hour :
This service is best for those who are happy to pay by hour. Timing start once our team arrives finish once they unload everything. For any reason if more time needed to complete the job, depending of the number of mover, the number of vans extra hour charges will apply.
Premium Packages :
We offer 2 types of premium packages named: Standard and Premium Package. Both packages are up to 10 hours with 2,3 and 4 movers depend of agreement. Any extra time require after the period of time that agreed will be charged extra. Unless it is agreed by our company both packages are single trip. If the distance between pick up and drop off is less than 5 miles round way second trip will not be charged. Both Premium packages include free packing materials that is agreed by us. Loading/ Unloading and Dismantling/ Reassembling is also included in both packages.
2. Work not include in our quotation
Unless its agreed by us in writing, We will not :

Dismantle or assemble unit or system furniture ( flat-pack ), fitments or fittings.

Dismantle or reassemble any electrical equipment.

Disconnect, reconnect, dismantle or reassemble appliances , fixtures, fittings or equipment.

Move items from loft, unless properly lit and floored and safe access is provided.

Move or store any items.
-
Take up or lay fitted floor coverings.

Overweight boxes (+25 kg ) will not be carried by our movers due to safety.
Our staff are not authorised or qualified to carry out such work. We recommend that properly qualified person is separately employed by you to carry out these services.​
3. Additional charges
Additional charges mean anything during the work is not mentioned in the quote will be additional charges before starting the work such as :

All parkings permissions and spaces at collection point and drop off location must be arranged by the customer in advance. All parkings must be within 20m from Van to main door/ Building door. Any additional walkings inside building will be extra. We have right to not carry out the job unless customer accept additional charge of £30 for any extra 20m from where our van is parked. If there is no parking available at all within 50m we have right to cancel the job and if agree to proceed the charge will be : £150 and the customer must agree by writing us email that they accept paying any tickets will be given during the loading or unloading due to parking away from sight.

Any Extra flight of stairs that is not mentioned during the quotation will be charged £25/ Each flight of stairs.

Extra trips will be £40 / Per trip unless it is agreed by our company in advance.

Extra pick up and drop off will be charged £15

Any white goods will be charged depend of which floor they are and what are they, unless it is by our company our quote is not included in any white goods.

If the place we will pick up or drop off has no minimum conditions of hygiene the customer will be charged £40 / per mover. We have right to not carry on the job.

If customer did not mention about narrow hallways, corridors or anything may cause difficulty or make it impossible to take through the custome will be charged extra depending circumstances starting from £30.

Customer will be responsible for charges such as Congestion zone, Parking fees and Dartford crossing charge.

If for any reason delays caused by customer after 30 minutes of waiting such as :

Not being at the property on time,
-
Delays on getting the keys for pick up or drop off locations,
-
Arrangements did not made in advance for hiring storage unit.
Customer will be charged £30 / half an hour​.

In the caese of working time pass 8 pm the night shift prices will apply which is +£15 / per hour addition to agreed price.
4. Ownership of goods
By entering into this Agreement, you guarantee that :

The goods to be removed and/ or stored are Your own property , or the goods are your property free of any legal charge ; or

You have the full authority of the owner or anyone having a legal interest in them top enter into this Agreement and You have made the owner full aware of these terms and conditions prior to entering into this Agreement and that they have agreed to them.

If at any time following the implementation of this agreement to its termination another person has or obtains an interest in the goods you will advise us of their name and address in writing immediately.

You will provide a full indemnity and pay us in respect of any claim for damages and / or costs brought against us.

If You wish to transfer responsibility of this Agreement to a third party You will advise Us in writing giving Us their full name and address. We will issue a new agreement to them. Our Agreement with You will remain in force until We have received a signed agreement from third party.
5. Cancellation or Change of Date
The customer can cancel any bookings 72 hours before the start time agreed for FREE. The deposit will will be refunded within 48 hours. We reserve the right to charge as following if the cancellation took place less than 72 hours. Please note that the notice must be made by Email.

If the job is cancelled less than 72 hours : 30% of total price;

If the job is cancelled less than 48 hours : 60% of total price;
-
If the job is cancelled less than 24 hours : 100% of total price.
6. Payment
We require deposit for each job in order for us to book your moving. For our fixed price packages and premium packages we require deposit to be able to book your reserved slot.Payment for storage and packing materials are required by cleared funds in advance with deposit payment. All remaining balances including extra charges must be paid in once job is done. If the payment is not been made by the customer we have right to start the legal process which also need to be covered by the customer
7. Any damage to your property or goods
Unless otherwise agreed in writing if we are negligent or in breach of contract We will pay you up to £30 for each item which is lost or damaged as a direct result of negligence breach of contract on Our part. Any damage to your furniture or goods must be reported within the same day of the job or by latest 24 hours from the time job has finished otherwise we will not accept any claims.
8. Storage bookings
If the customer agree to book their own storage they must provide the parking permissions and all paper works in advance. If customer is using our storage service they must give us 20 days notice before they want to empty the storage in advance. Failure of doing so will cause extra charges depending of the location, time and size of storage.
Our company is fully insured. We provide following insurances for all type of jobs :
Goods in Transit Insurance : £10.000
Public Liability insurance : £1.000.000
9. Respect
Our company has zero tolerance against any insult, rudeness or improper behaviour towards any of our members. In this case we will cancel the job and customer need to pay in full.
10. Agreement
We expect customer to read and agree to our terms and conditions before accepting our quotes and make a deposit. Once customer paid deposit and made a reservation for their move we assume that customer already agreed to our terms and conditions.
We can give our quotes on following ways which is :

By email;

by our WhatsApp business account;

By text messages from our phone number which is same as our WhatsApp number;

By our social media accounts ( Facebook, Instagram ).
Failing to do so by customer does not effect to customer's liabilities that is mentioned on our terms and conditions customer will be expected to do their part.​
